Who We Are
Vreddhi in Sanskrit means growth. We are a new age real estate investment platform in India. Our goal is to bring lucrative commercial investment opportunities in the real estate sector generally reserved for financial institutions only, to everyone. We want to simplify the investment process, take the jargon out and make the space accessible to all retail investors. We want to generate consistent returns for our investors in the short term as well as long term while keeping their risk profile in mind. And we want to do this while bringing greater transparency in the process.

Himanshu is an entrepreneur and seasoned professional with more than 17 years of experience in technology, consulting and supply chain across industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Oil & Gas and FMCG and in different geographies such as US, UK and India.
Apart from his own entrepreneurial ventures, he has held leadership positions in B2B SAAS unicorns and large Indian conglomerates such as Reliance and the global consulting firm Deloitte.

Co-founder & Chief Investment Officer
A seasoned sales professional with 12+ years of experience in Real Estate in his own ventures along with major developers such as Wadhwa Group, Ozone Group and Runwal Group, focusing on sales strategy, project acquisition and cash flow management.

With almost 15 years of experience gained through 200+ successful launches & activations with top leading real estate brands such as Lodha Group, Shriram Properties and Ozone Group, Yasha is the leading expert in real estate marketing, sales targeting and sales tracking strategies.
