Vreddhi is an online platform that provides access to specially curated real estate investment opportunities that are not only secure but offer high returns as well.

Our team of in house and external experts carefully evaluate each opportunity to ensure that it meets all legal and regulatory compliances and has the potential to deliver promised returns to the investor. We only select a small percentage of the evaluated opportunities to offer to our clients.

We take your privacy very seriously. All your sensitive data is on secure cloud networks and is encrypted.

Every opportunity has its own duration but it typically ranges between 1 and 3 years.

All Indian citizens, NRIs and Companies can invest with us.

There is no upfront fees for investing or using the platform. In some projects, there may be a performance based fee on exceeding a pre-specified hurdle rate.

The expected returns vary with the nature of the project and can be in the range of 15%-25% IRR. We do perform thorough due diligence on each opportunity however there are external/market forces that can influence the returns and therefore the returns are not guaranteed.

The investment is usually for the pre-specified duration and a premature withdrawal is generally not possible.

There are macro economic, natural and sector specific risks at play in all real estate investments. We however perform a thorough due diligence and vetting to offer investments that have very low project specific risks.
